Payment

I accept payment through paypal. You can pay through paypal even if you don't hold an account with them. Just follow the steps through the easy checkout process and fill out your debit/credit card details - simple! You can now also click direct checkout and pay by debit and credit cards but I still pay a fee to etsy for this just the same as PayPal.

I aim to deliver within 2-15 days. This will be longer if you have asked me to make up an item. I ship UK packages via first class. Please allow up to 15 working days to receive the package and before leaving me any feedback. Please allow the full 15 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for it to arrive.

If you require a tracking ID please let me know although I will need extra shipping payment for this. You can use the Royal Mail website until the package leaves the UK then your own postal service website will recognise the ID as the package enters your country.

Additional policies and FAQs

I can usually easily alter my items if you like what you see but something isn't quite the right length, colour, etc. Please ask, but the delivery times will be longer for this. Since June 1st 2012 there is a minimum charge of £5 ($8.00 US dollars) excluding shipping for custom orders.

If you are requesting a custom order from me for felt letters please make sure you tell me the colour, size & whether you want upper or lower case as this can save time. I will list a custom order for 48 hours & email you. If it's not paid for within this time it will be removed.

I work full-time so please be patient if you have sent me a convo and heard nothing back for a few hours. I check my messages at lunch which may not be lunchtime in your part of the world! : )
